CSW-I

Hanah Holt brings a grounded, easygoing warmth to her work with clients of all ages, paired with a knack for connecting with even the most reluctant clients — including teens who'd rather not be in therapy at all. She specializes in ADHD, autism, OCD, trauma, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, borderline personality, disordered eating, life transitions, and self-confidence, with additional expertise supporting non-monogamous couples.

Hanah draws from EMDR, ERP, ACT, CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused approaches, and DBT, adapting her style to meet each client's needs. She isn't afraid to bring humor into session when it fits, using it to build trust and make hard conversations feel a little more approachable.

Hanah works with kids age 8 and up, teens, adults, individuals, families, and couples, and is an affirming, experienced provider for LGBTQ+ clients. Her steady, grounded presence and easy rapport make her a natural fit for clients who've struggled to feel comfortable in therapy before.

Clients describe Hanah's style as warm, friendly, direct, solutions-focused, and light-hearted.

When she's not in session, Hanah can be found at Yogurt Beach, spending time outside, or hanging out with her dog.
