LCSW

Adrienne Kriss brings an approachable, affirming presence to her work with clients navigating trauma, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, personality disorders, and depression, as well as autism. She has particular skill working with complex clients who have found that previous treatment approaches haven't quite gotten to the root of what they're struggling with.

Adrienne draws from a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This breadth allows her to move fluidly between modalities depending on what a client needs in any given moment of their care, rather than sticking rigidly to one framework.

Adrienne works with individuals 18 and up and is an affirming, experienced provider for LGBTQ+ clients. Her approach is warm and non-judgmental, creating a space where clients can feel genuinely seen and supported.

Clients describe Adrienne's style as collaborative and compassionate.

When she's not in session, Adrienne can be found snowboarding in the winter, gardening in the summer, and sewing and crocheting year-round.
