MJ Jenkins

Co-owner, Practice Manager

MJ Jenkins is Co-Owner and Practice Manager of Theory & Method, where they oversee the operations, finance, and insurance infrastructure that allows the clinical team to focus on what they do best, caring for clients.

Beyond Theory & Method, MJ co-founded The Consultation Room, a continuing education platform built to support behavioral health clinicians in their ongoing professional growth. MJ also serves on the board of the Nevada Association for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, reflecting a broader commitment to strengthening behavioral health systems across the state.

MJ's work is driven by the belief that great therapy depends on a practice built with the same care and intention behind the scenes as in the therapy room.

When not working, MJ can be found riding horses, hanging out with their dogs, and cooking.
