Mallory Johnson
LCSW
Mallory Johnson brings a warm, approachable presence to her work with clients navigating OCD, autism, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-confidence, and the postpartum period. Clients consistently find her easy to open up to, and many describe feeling an immediate sense of ease and trust in working with her.
Mallory draws from EMDR, ERP, CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), DBT, and Somatic Therapy, integrating body-based approaches alongside traditional talk therapy to help clients process trauma and OCD in ways that go beyond insight alone.
Mallory works with individuals and couples 18 and up, and is an affirming, experienced provider for LGBTQ+ clients, with particular skill and care in her work with trans clients. She has a special interest in trauma and OCD, and approaches both with the kind of steady warmth that makes hard work feel manageable.
Clients describe Mallory's style as approachable, honest, compassionate, down-to-earth, helpful, and supportive.
When she's not in session, Mallory can be found thrifting, enjoying local cafes, dancing, watching movies, and spending time with loved ones — including her tuxedo cat, Mia.
